Subject	loosing boost at high RPM. Fluttering sound

Message	I am loosing boost at high RPM's. Around 5 to 6k RPM. Once I reach that point, I hear a fluttering sound while the turbos are boosting. I do not see any loose hoses or pipping on the top side of the engine bay. Any idea as to what this might be?
